I am a chemist, I teach at the University of Insubria, at the Department of Chemistry and Environmental Sciences. I carry out scientific dissemination activities with the Le Scienze magazine, where I am titled the monthly "Cookware and Tubes" section dedicated to the scientific exploration of food and gastronomy. I am also the author of the popular "Science in Cooking" blog, where scientifically-science-related topics are discussed, others dedicated to agricultural biotechnology, agricultural production, food perception, cooking chemistry and more
