Boris I Prilutsky has received his PhD from Latvian Research Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics, Riga, former USSR. He is the director of Biomechanics & Motor Control laboratory in the School of Applied Physiology at Georgia Tech, Atlanta, USA.
