Born and raised in Hrazdan, Armenia, Arthur went on to do his undergraduate degree in the USA. He obtained his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Southern California in 1997 and returned to Armenia to carry out his mandatory military service. After completing his military service he joined PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC) in Armenia as the Manager of the Capital Markets Monitoring Unit in the Capital Markets Development Program. After his 2-year career at PWC, he moved on to join his father’s company Energy Net Construction, OJSC, as the head of Investments and New Projects department
He is also a founding partner in Media Partners Georgia, which is a publishing company and franchisee of Forbes Magazine in Georgia. Besides his professional activities, Arthur is also an active member of Young Presidents Organization since 2009 and served as the president of Harvard Alumni Club of Armenia in 2011.
