Biography

Alexander Matsas is a research associate in the Department of Civil Engineering and Geoinformatics Engineering, under the supervision of Dr. Diophonian G. Chatzimitsi (Ass. Prof.). He is a Mechanical Engineer of the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), with energy direction. He has completed a diploma thesis titled Thermal Conductivity of Thermal Conductivity of Building Materials and since then he has been working at the Cyprus University of Technology while at the same time he is a member of the ETEK.

Research Intrest

His research interest focus on atmospheric pollution and water pollution control through satellite data.
