Ahmad Shaikh Meshbahuddin completed Ph.D. Nutritional Biology, University of California at Davis; USA, Currently working as Associate Scientist in the department of Infectious Diseases Division in International Centre for Diarrheal Disease Research.

My primary research interest is studying the effect of micronutrient deficiency during fetal development/early infancy on protective vaccine responses. A further important research goal is to understand the relevance of “gut microbiome” and “heterologous immunity” in immune responses.
