Assoc. Prof. Dr. İsmet Galip Yolcuoğlu born in 1967, in Ardahan. He earned his bachelor degree in Social Work, from Hacettepe University. His master thesis is about total quality management in social work institutions and doctoral dissertation is about the principals of collaborative working with families in child protection system. He is also a long serving social worker specialized in youth care and residential youth care. He served as a residential manager for 14 years and published many books on social work with children and youngsters.
