Prof/Dr.Zümrüt Begüm ogel has completed his doctorate from the Department of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry in the field of 'Molecular Fungal Genetics and Enzyme Biotechnology at Middle East Technical University. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities as Professor. He has studied in the following fields: Enzyme, Fungus, Lignocellulose, Recombinant Enzyme Production, Catalase, Phenol Oxidase, Functional Foods, Probiotics, Prebiotics, Encapsulation.
