Biography

Dr. Zhao was born in Sichuan, China, in 1981. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Univers ity of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Chengdu, China, in 2004 and 2007, respectively, and the Ph.D. in electrical engineering from Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH), Pohang, Gyungbuk, Korea in 2014. From the 2008 to 2009, he worked in the 10th institute of China Electronic and Technological Group, Chengdu, China, where he was involved with the design and research of pulse power amplifier for wireless communication applications.  

Research Intrest

His major research interests include RF CMOS device modeling, CMOS RF transceivers and power amplifier design for millimeter wave application.
