Zbigniew Wróbel is Associated Professor, is currently work in the Institute of Organic Chemistry, Polish Academy of Sciences as a Head of the group of Target synthesis

Research Intrest

Synthesis of heterocyclic nitrogen compounds including mainly quinolines and indoles starting from aromatic nitrocompounds. Synthesis of N-aryl-2-nitrosoanilines from anilines and aromatic nitrocompounds and their use as substrates in formation of more compicated nitrogen heterocycles like benzimidazoles, quinoxalines or phenazines Investigation of transformation of σH adducts into nitroso compounds. The group offers also services in the field of: - common organic synthesis - peptide synthesis
