Yong-Tak Lee, Professor at Gwangju Institute of Science & Technology (Dept. Research Intrest

His research interest are Semiconductor laser, photodetector, optoelectronic integrated circuits - Epitaxial growth, fabrication and characterization of InP and GaAs based compound semiconductor devices - Optical interconnection with VCSEL and PD array - Quantum wire and quantum dot semiconductor devices - Nano scale photonic crystal for optoelectronic devices - Dynamic properties of semiconductor laser, high-speed modulation and short optical pulse generation - Femtosecond optoelectronics for terabit networks
