Biography

Stefan joined the University of Manitoba after Postdoctoral training at the University of Saskatchewan and Cranfield University in England. He is a Professional Engineer registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Manitoba (APEGM).

Research Intrest

Stefan's research expertise is in the area of bioprocess engineering involving heat and mass transfer, mathematical modelling, computer simulations, properties of biological materials, and rheology.
