Biography
Willem Korthals Altes (1964) has been a professor of Land policy at TU Delft since 1997 at the Geo-Information and Land Policy section and is a member of the day-to-day management of the OTB Research Unit for the Built Environment. Its central field of work is the land policy, partly in conjunction with spatial development.
