Biography

Wesley Francisco Dáttilo da Cruz Researcher at the Instituto de Ecología AC (Mexico). The main interest of my laboratory is to understand how species and their interactions vary across space-time, and how they are influenced by environmental disturbances. Our studies combine natural history, statistical models, geographic information systems (GIS), and extensive field inventories and experimentation at different levels. Most of our studies are conducted in Mexico and Brazil. He a Biologist from the Universidade Estadual do Norte Fluminense, Master in Ecology and Biodiversity Conservation by the Federal University of Mato Grosso and PhD in Animal Behavior from the University of Veracruz, Mexico with sandwich period at the Estación Biológica de Doñana in Seville-Spain. He currently works in the Area Editor for Sociobiology and EntomoBrasilis magazines.
