Biography

Wan - ping yang in 1999 - 2003 completed her BSN from National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan and in 2003 - 2006 her MSN from National Cheng Kung University , Taiwan. In 2006 - 2012 she completed her PhD from National Cheng Kung University , Taiwan. At present she is in Ethical committee of E - DA Hospital and Associate Dean of Academic Affairs at Fooyin University.
