He graduated in Biological Sciences (2002) from the Paulista State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho. He completed his Masters (2005) and PhD (2009) in Pharmacology from the Paulista State University Júlio de Mesquita Filho. He has two postdoctoral degrees in the country by the Paulista State University and another abroad by the University of Porto (financed by FAPESP, laboratory of Pharmacology and Neurobiology of the Institute of Biomedical Sciences Abel Salazar). He is currently Adjunct Professor A of the Federal University of Minas Gerais in the Department of Pharmacology. Has experience in the field of Pharmacology, with emphasis in Pharmacology of Neuromuscular Junction, acting mainly on the following topics: ophidian toxins and exercise physiology. He was professor for five years of the Faculty of Social and Agrarian Sciences of Itapeva, mainly ministering the disciplines of Biochemistry, Physiology and Pharmacology, and for a semester at the State University of São Paulo, ministering the discipline of Pharmacology. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Pharmacology at UFMG. It works mainly on the following topics: neuromuscular junction and toxinology.
