Biography

V. Arul obtained Ph.D. from Madurai Kamaraj University, India. He currently holds as an Associate Professor in Department of Biotechnology, School of Life Sciences at Pondicherry University. His research of interest includes Marine Biotechnology, Food Technology, Aquaculture. He has been honoured as Visiting Professor,VBL fellow ,Nagoya University, Japan, 2005, Visiting Scientist by INSA-JSPS, Nagoya University, Japan, 1997, Research Associateship by Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, New Delhi, 1990 and ABBOS fellowship, Belgium , 1990.
