He hails from Ikpamodo, Enugu Ezike and was born on 25th October, 1986. He has Masters and Ph.D degrees in Measurement and Evaluation from University of Nigeria, Nsukka . He graduated with first class honors in his B.Sc degree. As a young fellow, he has a penchant for research work mainly in the area of psychometrics. He is the ICT representative of the Departemnt of Science Education and as well the Examination Officer for the same Department. Also he had taught Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics in various Secondary Schools within Nsukka and Obollo Afor Education zones of Enugu State. Equally he had served as the Dean of studies in one of the Secondary Schools he had worked. He is a member of Science Teachers’ Association of Nigeria (STAN).
