Dr. Ndon's practical experience includes one and a half years in a consulting firm on evaluation and design of industrial and municipal waste treatment facilities including research and troubleshooting services. Prior to joining San Jose State University, Dr. Ndon's teaching experience included various teaching positions at Western Illinois University, Iowa State University, and the University of Central Florida.
