Biography

Tushar Chaudhuri earned his B.A. (Hons.) degree in German Studies from the Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi India where he graduated at the top of his class. After completing a Masters in German literature with a thesis on Peter Weiss he went on to earn an M.Phil. degree in the field of intercultural learning and foreign language teaching. He taught German for four years at the Goethe-Institute New Delhi and finished a two year German teachers training course at the Goethe-Institutes in New Delhi, Pune, Berlin and Munich. He completed his Ph.D. with a magna cum laude from the University of Giessen, Germany.
