Dr. Teresa Petrino received her PhD from the Universidad Nacional de Tucumán, Argentina. She received additional training as a visiting scholar at Johns Hopkins University (Baltimore, MD), where she worked in the field of reproductive endocrinology, and as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Florida studying fish reproduction. Dr. Petrino joined Barry University in 1993 as a Research Associate. Since that time she has been committed to training undergraduates in research. She is currently an Associate Professor of Biology teaching Biological Foundations, Anatomy and Physiology and Research Ethics. She continues working with undergraduates in the area of reproductive biology.
