Sulaiman Alaabed is an Associate Professor at United Arab Emirates University, UAE. He was awarded PhD in Geological Sciences in mineralogy & petrology from The Ohio State University in the year of 2000. He has completed his BSc in Geology from UAE University and MSc, in Geological Sciences in Earth Science from The Ohio State University, USA. He has about 27 conference presentations and 14 published papers. He participated in many conferences, forums, workshops and special programs at the UAE and abroad. He performed several educational workshops, peer-reviewed a number of journal papers and contributed in number of specialized & development committees.
