Biography

Prof.Stephen A. Brown has received his M.D. - University of Chicago, Chicago, IL. Currently he is working as Professor in university of vermont. He has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities as Professor. His research is focused in several distinct areas: the first pertains to the role of the Zic2 gene in the brain malformation known as holoprosencephaly. The second pertains to patterns of differential DNA methylation in human placenta and its relevance to prenatal diagnosis of chromosomal disorders. A third area of interest relates to genomic methylation abnormalities in a mouse model of early pregnancy failure.

Research Intrest
