Shesh N Rai, Professor of Bioinformatics and Biostatistics, and the Director of the Biostatistics Shared Facility at the James Graham Brown Cancer Center at the University of Louisville. He started his career in India as an Assistant Professor in 1982. Then he moved to Canada and obtained his PhD in 1993 from the University of Waterloo. As of 2013, he spent 13 years designing numerous pre-clinical, cancer and heart failure clinical trials, and retrospective and prospective clinical studies, including high throughput observations.
