Sherry Ellms, MA, brings a unique blend of contemplative practice and passion for the outdoors to her work in opening people to the power and insight nature provides. She has led nature-based programs, including wilderness solos and contemplative mountaineering classes, for 15 years, and she has also taught meditation in secular and Buddhist settings throughout the country for 25 years. A core faculty member in the Environmental Studies Department at Naropa University, Sherry has studied with Joanna Macy and the School of Lost Borders.
