Biography

He is currently Professor of Pompeu Fabra University and associate researcher at FEDEA. Director of the Catedra La Caixa Economy of Health and Life Habits. He is currently associate editor of Economics & Finance Research: An Open Access Journal and the Journal of Public Policy and Policy Evaluation and member of the editorial board of the Applied Economic Perspectives and Policy and ICE Economic Papers. Regular contributor to the blog Nothing is Free.
