She graduated from Ankara University Law Faculty in (1984). She completed her LL.M. (1986) and PHD in Public Law (1995) at Ankara University. She worked as a research assistant (1988-1997) at Ankara University, and as a faculty member (1997-2012) at Ä°stanbul Bilgi University. Her main areas of interest are Constitutional Law, Human Rights, and Governmental Systems.
