Biography

"As an Assistant Professor, Sarah Clark currently teaches Pharmacology and Medical/Surgical Senior Clinical. She completed her BSN in 2008 and her MSN in 2014 from Bradley University. She is currently completing doctoral work at Illinois State University. Prior to joining the team at Bradley, she taught at Saint Francis College of Nursing in Peoria, IL. Before pursuing her dream of becoming an educator, Professor Clark worked as a Registered Nurse on the Neuroscience Critical Care Unit at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center. She then took a position as a Research Nurse for the Illinois Neurological Institute, where she coordinated clinical trials related to brain tumors, spinal cord injuries, concussions, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease, and Epilepsy. She is a certified clinical research coordinator. Professor Clark has a passion for research and nursing education. She is committed to improving nursing education, and her current research interest is experiences of shame in nursing education."
