He was a Lecturer (1996) at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, National University of Lesotho, Roma, Lesotho. In September 1998 he was appointed Senior Lecturer and Head of department, Computer Science & Information Systems at Vista University (now part of Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University), Port Elizabeth, South Africa. He also taught as part time Lecturer at the Institute National Polytechnique de Lorraine (INPL – 1993/94), Nancy, France and Université de Metz (Now part of Université De Lorraine), Metz, France (1993/94/95). He moved to Carleton University Department of Systems and Computer Engineering SCE as an Assistant Professor in September, 2001.
