Professor Mejri has been facilitating developmental mathematics and science courses since 2008. Prior to his experience in higher education, he worked in the electroplating and finishing process for the automotive industry. Professor Mejri also joined Maumee Research & Engineering as a chemist analyzing Coal Driven Liquids. While teaching at the community college and other technical schools, he was awarded educator of the year in 2009 from the Ohio Association of Career Colleges and Schools. Currently, he serves as Program Chair for the BA-Professional Studies in the School of Graduate and Distance Education, and he also teaches undergraduate science and foreign language courses. His career goals include the completion of an online doctoral program in Higher Education.
