Biography

S. Haripriya obtained graduation from Madras University and post-garduation from Avinashilingam University For Women, Coimbatore; Ph.D. from Avinashilingam University For Women, Coimbatore. She currently holds as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Science and Technology, School of Life Sciences at Pondicherry University. She has 9 years of research experience.

Research Intrest

Nutritional epidemiology, antioxidants and phytochemicals and food security.
