Biography

Ruohui ZHAO earned Bachelor's degree in Archival Science from Wuhan University, China and Master's in Criminology and Criminal Justice, Sam Houston State University, USA. She earned her Ph.D. in Criminal Justice from University of Nebraska at Omaha, USA.
