Marlin is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Marlin was the Chief Executive Officer of ENTREC Corporation, a public Canadian company listed on the TSX Exchange which provides crane, heavy haul transportation, engineering, logistics and related services. Mr. Marlin ceased to be the chief executive officer of ENTREC in January 2014, but currently serves as Executive Chairman. Mr. Marlin joined the Board in 2009 and now serves on the Compensation and Corporate Governance Committees. Mr. Marlin brings to the Board extensive knowledge of Canadian culture and business practices, in addition to his skills in acquiring, developing, managing and selling various Canadian businesses. Approximately 19.5% of Clean Harbors' total revenues during 2016 were recorded in Canada. Mr. Marlin’s term as a current Class II director will expire in 2018.
