Biography

Robert D. Manning received his PhD degree with a specialization in Comparative International Development from the Johns Hopkins University, USA. His MA degree is from Northern Illinois University and BA degree from Duke University. Dr Robert has held academic appointments at Rochester Institute of Technology, (including endowed Chair in Globalization), Georgetown University, American University, Smithsonian Institution, and University of Yucatan, Mexico, where he was a Senior Fulbright Scholar. Dr Robert has taught and/or conducted research in Australia, Canada, Cuba, Haiti, Italy, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, and throughout the United States. He has received numerous academic awards and research fellowships.
