Dr. RICE, James Andrew is currently working as a Assistant Professor in the Department of Philosophy Department, Lingnan University of hongkong , Hongkong. His research interests includes Philosophy of Law, Political Philosophy, Human Rights Law, Social and Legal Issues. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. RICE, James Andrew is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
