Biography

Mr. Rex Paul Danquah is a trained researcher and currently a Consultant at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) Consulta ncy Services. He is also an adjunct lecturer at the Greenhill College, where he lectures Business Research Methods. His professional interest includes Research, Transcending New Public Management, Public Private Partnership (PPP), Rapid Result Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Social Entrepreneurship and Alleviating Poverty in the arena of African development. He is an affiliate member of a number of Civil Society Organizations; among them is Global PPP network, a social network of Public Private Part nership (PPP) practitioners; a member of Collaboration for Development (C4D), a social collaboration platform focused on development issues, hosted by the World Bank group. Paul has undertaken numerous consulting assignments at the senior level for a large spectrum of clients in both Public and Private Sector Organizations whilst working in GIMPA. He has an excellent practical knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel, SPSS, and Content Analysis for quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Paul is currently p ursuing his PH.D at the University of Groningen, Netherlands which is on Public Private Partnership as a Policy in Infrastructural development in an Emerging Economy
