Biography

I am a Graduate Assistant in the Department of Chemistry, University of Nairobi since March 2011. I have masters in science, Chemistry, and have received registration for PhD degree in Chemistry of which I have already carried out one year research. I have taught undergraduate courses in the department of chemistry, Chiromo Campus, in the faculty of Veterinary medicine as well as in Leather technology at Upper Kabete Campus. I’m also involved in practical demonstrations and supervision for these and other courses in the Physical/industrial chemistry thematic area. I have been a student representative for the Kenya Chemical Society (KCS). I have authored three papers in referred journals and presented one poster in an international conference. Am a member of Inorganic chemistry group (KEN 01) in that have received a grant from International Science Programme (ISP)
