Bob joined Campbell in 1984 as a Senior Systems Analyst-MIS. He then transitioned to Senior Manufacturing Engineer at World Headquarters in 1989; and progressed through operations assignments in the thermal manufacturing network. In 1999, Bob was named Vice President-Operations in Napoleon, Ohio, Campbell’s largest manufacturing facility. He also managed regional Campbell facilities in Marshall, Mich., and Wauseon, Ohio. In 2003, he transferred to Campbell’s European operations as Vice President of Strategic Sourcing, based in Belgium, and he was named Vice President-Operations for Pepperidge Farm in 2005.
