In 1999, Bob was named Vice President-Operations in Napoleon, Ohio, Campbell’s largest manufacturing facility. He also managed regional Campbell facilities in Marshall, Mich., and Wauseon, Ohio. In 2003, he transferred to Campbell’s European operations as Vice President of Strategic Sourcing, based in Belgium, and he was named Vice President-Operations for Pepperidge Farm in 2005.
