Biography

Qiang Liu, MD, PhD, is a research assistant professor in the Department of Neurobiology at Barrow Neurological Institute. Dr. Liu is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, American Heart Association/American Stroke Association, AAA Science, and the Society for Neuroscience. Dr. Liu received his medical degree from Nanjing Medical University, Nanjing, China and received his doctorate in neuroscience from Arizona State University. He completed his fellowship at Barrow Neurological Institute in immunology.

Research Intrest

Neuronal regulation of immune responses, CNS tissue injury and repair, Neurodegeneration.
