Research Intrest

Postharvest treatments to extend the shelf life of fruits and vegetables. Production and regeneration of volatile components in fruits stored in modified atmospheres. Postharvest treatments on nutritional and organoleptic attributes of fruits and vegetables. Chemical analysis of food commodities and detection of common food adulterants.
