Dr Elvira Caiazzo, born in Portici (Naples) on 25-9-63, resident in Naples via Posillipo 176 is.22, coming from classical studies, in 1986 graduated in law at the University of Naples Frederick II with a thesis in History of Roman Law titled "The extra ordinem of the iniuria repression ", rapporteur prof.
