Biography

Prof. Dr. Frank Bayreuther Holder of chair of civil and labor law at University of Passau. He studied Law at the University of Augsburg (1st state exams). Traineeship in Augsburg and New York, 2nd state examination in Munich. PhD at the Freie Universität Berlin with an interdisciplinary work on the legal classification of the economically-existential dependent company. He worked as Research Assistant at the institute for Economic and Labour Law at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and Judge in the Labor jurisdiction of the state of Baden-Wurtemberg.
