Biography

He is an Advocate practising in the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam. He specialises in the appellate and writ jurisdiction of the High Court. He graduated in Law from the University of Mysore in the year 1994. He had his LL.M. in the year 1997 from the Cochin University of Science & Technology specialising in Constitutional Law, Commercial Law and Jurisprudence. Mr. Prasanth has been teaching at the School of Legal Studies of the Cochin University since 1999 giving emphasis on practical papers. He combines the theory taught in the class with the practical side of law. His area of interest is the effect of globalisation and liberalised economy on the constitutional philosophy, which combines Public and Private International Law and Commercial Law with Constitutional Law. He handles papers on Constitutional Law, Legal History and Professional Ethics, presently.
