Biography

He did Diploma in Food Technology in Food Sciences from Technikon Pretoria in 1982. Further he went for BCom (Personnel Management) Human Resources from Management in 1989, BCom (Hons)(Personnel Management) Human Resources in 1990, did MCom (Personnel Management) Human Resources in 1992 and DCom (Human Resources Management) Human Resources in 2000 from Management University of Pretoria. He is Member of many national and international bodies like Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology (SIOPSA), Registered Psychologist (Industrial) with the South African Health Professions Board and Registered Master HR Practitioner (Research) with the South African Board for Personnel Practice (SABPP). He has been awarded with University of Pretoria (UP) post-doctoral grant for extended research.

Research Intrest

His research interest area are Instrument development & validation, Psychometrics and skills testing Management, leadership assessment and development centres, Training impact analysis and Organisational motivation.
