Professor Patrick Masson pursued his Ph.D.from Faculté des Sciences Agronomiques de l'état, Gembloux, Belgium, (1986)and his Postdoctoral Research from Department of Embryology, Carnegie Institution of Washington, Baltimore At present he is working as a Professor in Department of genetics University of Wisconsin Madison. His Research Interests are- Genetics of Root Growth Behavior Using Arabidopsis thaliana as a Model System. and Research Fields are Cell Biology, Development, Gene Expression, Genomics & Proteomics, Neuro & Behavioral Genetics, Plants. He has also published many articles Molecular mechanisms of root gravity sensing and signal transduction. A QTL Study for Regions Contributing to Arabidopsis thaliana Root Skewing on Tilted Surfaces.
