Biography

Pamela Suzanne holds a degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Organizational Studies from the University of San Andrés, and Ph.D. in Employment Research by University of Warwick. She is a professor at the School of Business Administration of the University of San Andrés where she teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses. He has worked in research and teaching at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and at the University of Warwick's Institute for Employment Research and Warwick Business School. He has received scholarships to pursue his doctoral studies and his undergraduate work was awarded by the Council of Economic Sciences and published by the publisher Aplicação Tributaria. He has published articles in prestigious journals and has presented papers at conferences of the Academy of Management Annual Meeting, European Group of Organizational Studies, Iberoamerican Academy of Management, ALTEC, Triple Helix, AIOSP, among others. His main interests in research are related to career transition processes and professional development theory.
