Dr. Reuben Ejike Ozioko, a Senior Research Fellow / Lecturer in the Institute of Education, University of Nigeria, Nsukka was born in May 25, 1965 at Ekoyi Village Alor-Uno in Nsukka Local Government Area of Enugu State, Nigeria. He is married and has the following qualification: B.Sc (Second Class Upper Division in Library Science / Biology (Nig.) 1992), Masters in Library and Information Science (MLS (Nig.) 1997) and Ph.D in Library and Information Science (Nig.) 2007). He is a member of the Nigerian Library Association and a Chartered Librarian of Nigeria (CLN). Areas of Specialization include: Library and Information Services to the Disadvantaged Groups, Reference and Information Services, Collection Development, Reproductive Health Information Services and Literature of Science and Technology. He has more than 40 journal articles published in both local and international journal as well as chapters in books and he has also indexed many books. He has served the university in different capacities and is currently the coordinator of Library services in the Institute of Education.
