Biography

He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava in 2004 and from 2007 he started working at the Department of Criminal Law, Criminology and Criminology at the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava. At the same time, he is also a lawyer with a particular focus on defense in criminal proceedings. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the European Criminal Bar Association (ECBA) based in London. He is also active in the Slovak Bar Association in the area of ​​criminal law and foreign relations. He is a member of the Legal Expert Advisory Panel, Fair Trial International, based in London and Brussels. He has completed several foreign study stays and internships - Fordham Law School New York (2009), New York University, School of Law (2010), Tel Aviv University, The Buchmann Faculty of Law (2010), Shizuoka University, Law School (2011), Lomonosov Moscow State University. Abroad, he had several lectures on Slovak criminal law and criminal proceedings. He is actively participating in scientific conferences and professional seminars in the Slovak Republic and abroad. He is the author of several professional articles, co-author of the Criminal Law Criminal Law and co-author of a commentary on the Criminal Code issued by CH Beck Publishing House.
