Biography

Olugbenga Kayode Ogidan hails from Ikare-Akoko in Ondo State, western Nigeria where he had his elementary education. After this, he proceeded to St. John Mary’s Unity Secondary school, Owo, Ondo State Nigeria for his high school education. He received a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from University of Ado Ekiti (now Ekiti State University), Nigeria in 2002. He also received a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Akure, Nigeria in 2010. His early career was in the field of Information Communication Technology (ICT) where he pioneered and headed the ICT unit of his university, the Ondo State University of Science and Technology Okitipupa, Nigeria from 2008 - 2011.
