Dr. Oguz Ergin, had gained his PhD. from State University of New York - Binghamton (USA) in Computer Science. He had worked as Researcher at University of Edinburgh, as Guest Instructor at University of Notre Dame and as Expert Research Engineer at Intel Barcelona Research Center.
