I was born in Amoli town, Awgu Local Government Area of Enugu State on 15th May, 1957. I attended Government Technical College Enugu (GTC) where I obtained City and Guild of London Institute in 1974. In 1981 I attended Yaba college of technology where I obtained ordinary National and Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.I was employed into this University on 6th November 1991 at the rank of Principal Technical Instructor II. In October 1996, I was promoted to the rank of Principal Technical Instructor I, Assistant Chief Technical Instructor in 2000 and then Chief Technical Instructor in 2004.
